CFO Forum 2015




The EVCA CFO Forum is the only annual gathering for CFOs & COOs that is developed by an industry task force of practitioners. This peer-led programme delivers content and networking that is the most up-to-date and covers the issues critical to senior financial executives at private equity and venture capital firms.



New for 2015

  • In recognition of the growing complexity of the CFO & COO role, the EVCA is pleased to announce a newly extended programme. There will be a wider range of topics addressed reflecting the growing responsibilities of this increasingly important function.
  • The new programme will allow for arrival in the morning of the first day for most participants, minimising the time out of the office.
  • The speaking faculty will be primarily CFOs and COOs and industry thought leaders, with participation of service providers restricted to the limited number of supporting partners.
  • We are introducing closed door sessions under Chatham House rule to allow for candid discussion and information sharing by peers on topics as: selecting specific service providers, working with certain partners and negotiation and structuring of fees.

Accommodation for the event must be reserved separately by the participants as this is not included in the conference registration fee.

A block booking has been secured for the conference attendees at the conference venue.

Payment methods

Participants are requested at the same time to pay the registration fee by cheque, bank transfer or credit card
in Euro, as shown on the registration form.

Bank transfers are to be made net of all bank charges and commissions to either: international bank transfer
account number: IBAN BE33 3300 5785 0046 (Swift/BiC: BBruBEBB), or domestic bank transfer
account number: 330-0578500-46 with ING.

A copy of the bank transfer should be mailed together with the registration form to EVCA.
To avoid any confusion, participants are requested to clearly indicate their name and address on transfer orders
and cheques. Acknowledgement of registration, the receipt for fees and practical information will be sent
to the participant following reception of the registration and payment. Payment by credit card is required
for all registrations after 2 May 2015.

Accommodation >


There is a group discount rate at the Hilton Brussels Grand Place. The discounted rate is available until 30 April 2015 or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. Since this is high season in Brussels, we highly recommend that you make your hotel booking as soon as possible.

Cancellation >


If a registered delegate is unable to attend the conference, a colleague from the same company may take his or her place at any time. However, cancellation of attendance will only be accepted if received in writing by the EVCA Secretariat on or before 2 May 2015. Fees (less 20% administrative costs) will then be refunded. No refunds will be made after this date.

EVCA cannot be held liable for any costs or expenses of any nature (such as, but not limited to, hotel and transportation costs and expenses) incurred in connection with the conference by a participant who is prevented for any reason (such as, but not limited to, the unavailability of transportation) from attending the conference. We recommend that participants take out a travel insurance policy to cover any such eventualities as well as covering the potential loss of or damage to personal possessions.
