What is it?

The focus of this training is on understanding and applying the International Private Equity and Venture Capital Valuation Guidelines (Guidelines developed by IPEV Board). As for all the master classes of Invest Europe Training, the emphasis will be on practical examples, discussion of case studies and day-to-day challenges, with great attention to the specificities of both venture capital and buyout.

The workshop starts with a welcome lunch and lasts one and a half days. Only a limited number of participants will be accepted in order to encourage interaction.
