ILPA Institute Level I London (10 - 12 September 2018)

Level I is the introductory course of the ILPA Institute's private equity executive education program and it has been designed exclusively for institutional investors. The program is taught over three days by world class faculty from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and leading practitioners. Participants will examine key investment principles, explore the role of private equity partnerships and learn the skills necessary to design and build strategies for investing in the asset class.
Note: This course is limited to qualified institutional investors or Fund of Fund investment professionals.

ILPA Institute Level II Module 1 London (13 - 14 September 2018)

ILPAlogo

The ILPA Institute Level II Module 1 program is an interactive course that incorporates lecture, modeling, and negotiation exercises to enhance participants’ understanding of the limited partnership agreement and other material agreements. The balanced lecture format incorporates current, relevant, and practical information with usable tools and takeaways. The complexity behind standard terms will be examined and discussed, highlighting how the terms are interrelated and how ‘reasonableness checks’ can be performed.
Note: This course is limited to qualified institutional investors with three or more years of experience directly managing and monitoring a private equity program or Fund of Fund investment professionals.
