Diversity Working Group

In the past few years, diversity has become an essential horizontal issue for the private equity industry as the diversity agenda continues to grow both, internally and externally.

Invest Europe is committed to and believes in the value of diversity in our organisation and industry. This is why in 2021 we have decided to kick-off our Diversity work ultimately aiming at making of our industry a more diverse one. The benefits of diversity for organisations have been proved and we would like to provide our members with the right tools that will enable them to have and benefit from more diverse organisations.

Therefore, to pursue the above and to carry out the unfolding of a comprehensive strategy, a new working group representing all different platforms of Invest Europe has been set up.
