Independent Sponsor Roundtable
Invest Europe’s Independent Sponsor Roundtable was established in March 2026. It brings together management companies and teams of at least two investment professionals who operate and invest on a deal-by-deal basis, as well as the investors who participate in the sector.
Through this new roundtable, Invest Europe aims to strengthen the visibility and voice of the independent sponsor community. We will showcase participants’ activities and collect and share data on the segment. We will also support independent sponsors in navigating relevant regulatory issues and work towards developing tailored professional standards. In addition, the roundtable will provide a forum for networking and experience-sharing and guide Invest Europe’s work and support in this growing field.
Christiaan de Lint, Managing Partner of Headway Capital, chairs the Independent Sponsors Roundtable, alongside James Almond, Managing Partner of Duke Street Capital, as vice-chair.
All Invest Europe member firms and investors active in this segment are invited to join the roundtable.
