Building on the strong foundations of Invest Europe’s Listed Private Capital Roundtable, the EPR unites listed private equity with semi-liquid evergreen structures. This evolution recognises the growing synergies between these models and their shared role in opening up private markets to a wider range of investors. Both play an important role in enabling investors to access private market investments with a lower minimum investment, a more liquid structure and immediate exposure to the asset class.
The EPR’s activities include promoting greater understanding of the sector through market and investor education, monitoring and addressing regulatory and public policy developments, tracking the changing investor landscape and providing a forum for peer engagement for this sector.
The Roundtable’s work is led by Invest Europe Business Development Director Deborah Botwood Smith.
The Listed Private Capital Roundtable was formed in January 2023 following the integration of the former LPeC (Listed Private Capital) and Invest Europe.
