This is Invest Europe's one-pager outlining the main concerns for the private equity and venture capital industry within the European Commission's proposed Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CS3D). While Invest Europe welcomes the spirit of the proposal, certain changes will need to be made for the Directive to be workable in practice.
