Invest Europe welcomes the proposed DAC recast as an important step towards a simpler, more proportionate and harmonised DAC6 framework. We support the proposed simplification measures while calling for greater legal certainty, consistent implementation across the EU and further action to reduce duplicative and disproportionate reporting obligations
