Deborah leads Invest Europe’s business development including its Listed Private Capital and Infrastructure Roundtables. She has held board, CEO and leadership roles in global financial organisations, including regulated and publicly quoted companies in Europe, US and the Middle East, including 13 years as a Partner in private equity firm Investcorp. She has a track record in building value and engagement with expertise in corporate reputation and governance, thought leadership and crisis management. She has experience in public policy and advocacy with a UK civil society group.

Deborah has an MA in law from Cambridge University. She is the pro bono Co-Chair of the global disability justice charity Action on Disability.
