FundApps is a best-in-class platform for shareholding disclosure and position monitoring and reporting, and a trusted partner for the world’s leading financial institutions. Operating across both buy-side and sell-side institutions, FundApps serves a wide market of asset and wealth managers, hedge funds, capital allocators and banks.
The company has over $29 trillion in assets under management (AuM) across 100+ jurisdictions, equating to ~19% of AuM globally. FundApps is also a B-Corp and was one of the first tech companies in the UK to receive B-Corp certification.
Since SEP’s investment in 2021, FundApps has experienced fast growth including more than doubling its AuM and client base. Drivers of growth have included investment in R&D and product expansion, and strategic investment in sales and marketing, including the development of a successful partner channel. Alongside these initiatives, SEP supported the build-out of the Board and senior team at FundApps.
