Invest Europe Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct:
states the principles of ethical behaviour that members of Invest Europe must abide by;
asserts - on behalf of the membership - the collective observance of high standards of integrity and just and equitable principles of trade and investment; and
provides the basis for consideration of, and dealing with lapses in, professional conduct within the Invest Europe membership.
Compliance with the Code is mandatory for all Invest Europe members and it is expected that the member procures that its affiliates working with it will also adhere to the Code.
To assist in interpretation and in applying the principles of the Code, Invest Europe also maintains an accompanying commentary on the Code.
Issues of non-compliance with the Code are dealt with by the Board of Directors of Invest Europe after consultation with the Invest Europe Professional Standards Committee.
