This practical session is designed around an interactive business simulation game where participants step into the shoes of fund managers and experience the full PE fund investment cycle, from forming a PE fund to exiting and raising a subsequent fund.
Lead by experienced practitioners, participants will:
Work in teams to raise funds, invest in promising companies & exit them
Discuss the different stages in PE & VC investments and understand their implications in terms of team support
Perform more efficiently thanks to a better understanding of the private equity context
We highly recommend that participants of this live online classroom course attend our on-demand e-learning Introduction to Private Equity covering the essential industry definitions and relationships that learners will need to know to be able to participate effectively in the discussions of the practicum.
