What is it?

This course is a three-day training programme designed for early-career practitioners.

The modules of this course have been specifically designed to offer participants an overview and a broad understanding of the different milestones and processes in private equity investment. The agenda has been set out in such a way as to reflect the life of a fund and its manager, focusing on some of the situations faced by professionals investing in seed, start-up and development capital.

The Foundation for Venture Capital Investment Professionals looks at:

  • Working with entrepreneurs & board management

  • Exits selections and process

  • Creating value through sustainability

The course leaders use real-life case studies to illustrate key areas for discussion, together with experiences from many years of practice.

Fees, method of payment and cancellation

Course Fee (excluding accommodation)

Invest Europe Members: €2205 + VAT

Non-members: €3150 + VAT

The above prices also include all course material.

Payment

Participants are requested to pay by bank transfer or credit card. Registrations sent after 24 May 2026 should be paid by credit card.

To avoid any confusion, participants are requested to indicate clearly their names and addresses on transfer orders. Confirmation of registration and practical information will be sent after the registration is processed.

Cancellation

Cancellations can only be accepted if received by 24 May 2026. Fees (less 20% administrative charges) will then be refunded. After this date, delegates will be liable for the full fee.

In case of cancellation, a substitution between members of the same company is still possible at any time.
