Infratech: the new frontier of Infrastructure Investment
Data and insight
While InfraTech is still a relatively new asset segment, it has quickly come to occupy an important position in investment portfolios, and its share of private infrastructure deals has grown from 7% in 2018 to 17% estimated in 2023. It is also changing business models for investors, as illustrated by the business case studies included in the report.
