While InfraTech is still a relatively new asset segment, it has quickly come to occupy an important position in investment portfolios, and its share of private infrastructure deals has grown from 7% in 2018 to 17% estimated in 2023. InfraTech has the potential to enhance the climate-resilience and optimise the value of conventional infrastructure in all stages of the lifecycle.
