The EIF Equity Survey Q3 2026, published by European Investment Fund (EIF) with Invest Europe’s support, draws on responses from 682 venture capital and mid-market private equity fund managers making it the largest regular snapshot of GP sentiment in Europe. While fundraising and exits remain challenging, deal flow and new investment activity continue to increase on balance, underlining the depth of Europe’s technology pipeline and the need to unlock more capital for growth.
