We believe very strongly in the power of listed private equity. It's very difficult um for most investors to access the asset class. Infrastructure equity continues to outperform target return over the last 3 years. So what gets me excited in the morning about being an infrastructure investor is the fact that everything I do touches people's lives on a day to day basis and it can make a real material difference.

Typical reasons for uh investors choosing a listed fund are the daily pricing, the daily liquidity, the flexibility in terms of hold periods. We're also more and more trying to focus on defense as a as an investment theme. Having more people being listed, bringing the, you know, this standard to the industry is going to bring as well new shareholders to the listed companies and will probably bring the the valuations closer to the reality.

Currently, the largest investment needs can be found in the energy transition as well as in digitization and the telecommunication sector. But in addition, it diversifies a portfolio. You're getting access to private businesses that otherwise would be quite hard to access. What I like about investing in infrastructure is the fact that we are part of something bigger. We do not only invest but we create better future for us and for our children.
