You have to be humble, patient, kind, disciplined, and prudent. It's a complex balancing act of things you to be, especially humble because it's not your company it is the founders company in reality. You have to be patient because things take longer than what normally one would think. Kind because it's always important to maintain the bond with your partners with the people you work with. Discipline because it's not our money so at the end of the day we are investing someone else's money mostly. And prudent because it takes longer for things to happen and no one can re the future. The industry's role is very important and to me is essential for Europe is as important as Agro or defence meaning as a strategic for Europe as a whole and it's essential because in a world where resources are fungible only innovative and tech oriented companies can generate competitive advantage well impac investment has a lot to do with shaping a better tomorrow why we cannot forget is that all these tech companies generate high value jobs export and they pay out of taxes which in the end is the most important contribution to the to a tomorrow.
