Foreign it's taught us to be openminded about opportunities not just what a good opportunity looks like but where it might come from and how it might present itself to us it's taught us to be flexible about how we work with and partner with companies and business founders and the understanding that no one has found a nor company is identical and it's sort of the biggest single biggest contribution to investment company success is human capital in combination with a longer term investment time horizon.

We can do a lot more than just provide funding and in this case this means bringing expertise to companies to help them develop not just to help them grow and be more profitable but to help them to be more resilient stronger and responsible more diverse companies with broader outlooks are proved to be more flexible more successful and ultimately your customers will reward you for that approach.
