For me the most important thing that I've learned over the 35 years that I've been in this industry is how important management is and that's a critical part and it goes hand in hand with alignment and I think that's something that we can teach others that if you can align interest you can achieve a tremendous amount.
The role of the industry in Europe has changed significantly over the last 20 years and today we are employing 10 and a half million people in Europe. It's a core part of improving building better businesses in Europe, I think we're at a critical junction of how government and our industry can work together and our industry has a lot to bring to the equation. Capital and an intelligent use of that capital and that's something that in today's world world where we're talking about transition and climate change is increasingly important.
