When I look at Europe I see three areas that I see as globally leading. There is climate, there's technology, and there Healthcare. And in these areas I think Europe has a real leadership potential across Europe private equity and private markets have created a vibrant ecosystem of small and medium enterprises in Europe tech companies that are backed by P and BC firm are already generating a lot of economic value returns from those Investments that we have done has mainly come from growth of those companies and also from new innovation without cycle without bubble always a liquidity possibility even when the market the public market are closed private Equity should play a crucial and significant part of any large invested or Pension funds allocation in private back companies productivity tend to be higher iita tend to continue to grow faster than comparable companies also after they have been sold private Equity also plays a very important role to make businesses more sustainable the private Equity industry as a whole takes climate transition seriously we also build assets that are wellmanaged they create economic growth uh and also employment to the society integrating sustainability isg into their Investments and also taking the step towards investing into these types of companies I've been amazed about pamp VC's ability to find new growth opportunities grow them at the same time creating new jobs and also renewing the industries so that we can stand stronger in the future as well we're really here to create growth create job generate value and return the value to the people.
