The alignment of goals is the way in which you deliver good outcomes. Now these alignment of goals can only come through partnership, but you have to do that in an environment where you're taking calculated risks and they are then managed through good governance. And those are the elements that will lead to great outcomes.

It's about rejuvenating the economy in every way imaginable, which is revitalizing older sectors, making them more sustainable, and then also introducing new entirely different industries to the economy, primarily by transferring the skills across the entire region.

So there are some regions that are more developed than others in both venture and in buyouts, but really the whole ecosystem needs to spread more successfully around Europe.

But it's important that Europe collaborates with the rest of the world. With geopolitical challenges that we face, we need to build globally successful businesses from Europe, but actually that compete on a global stage.

And last but not least, it's by promoting the sustainability agenda that makes these industries effective and aligned with our climate change goals.
