On the one hand we work with managers that specialize in family owned businesses that have the potential to grow beyond their current owners and help them by providing them additional tools support and network for scaling.
We also work with managers that invest in very high growth relatively young companies and provide them not only with the capital that they need to scale but also with the guidance and support to focus on their mission without the distractions of the public markets. What we see here are private equity companies that enable their portfolios to reach their fullest potential.
Private equity can provide much needed capital and support to the companies that will shape Europe tomorrow from new digital technologies to the companies that will enable the energy transition. We're very excited for the potential of the industry for positive change.
