You're a tech expert as a tech VC, but you also need to be able to assess the type of skill set about from technologies, and it's all about the people then and their capacity of execution.
And what I'd like to teach others if I can is that as a VC your support is not to play all balls and support all balls that entrepreneurs may bring to you. It's really to be impactful on critical topics and make them take the right decisions.
I think the role of the industry now is to continue to prove that from the European landscape we can bring innovation to the world and build champions.
Over the past years the venture industries has matured in Europe, and I think we have quite already a number of companies that have shown that they can lead some market and industries.
A better tomorrow I think is investing with values and with purpose. Two different ways, doing it with specific funds, impact funds, Health Care funds, agricultural funds, or doing it across your investment strategies in the way you process due diligent, help companies.
And I think those two approaches are very complimentary.
